Return Policy

1. According to article 23 (2) (e) of the RA Law on consumers, a ticket is considered to be printed material and cannot be returned after its sale.

2. The return policy concerning the tourist packages bought online via the website is regulated by the RA Law on consumers and also the internal policies of the service provider (legal or physical person), if they don’t contradict the current Constitution of RA.
